Great Customer service, Michael made the process so easy. Would highly recommend booking with them!

Reuben was a lifesaver today! I followed process and called the airlines and went online to try and cancel my reservation due to concerns with coronavirus. the AA phone system is collapsed and the online system said I could not cancel online. I called flightsbanks and Rubain Samuel picked up my call after a few rings. He was very empathetic to my situation and stayed on the phone with me until he was able to reach the airline and get the issue / cancellation resolved. His customer service was outstanding. I will absolutely book all my future flights with Flightsbank. Thanks Rubain!

A great help when my flight was canceled

Rubain helped me cancel my flight and get a flight credit when airlines were crazy (due to COVID-19). He was professional, courteous, and extremely understanding. Here's hoping we can fly without concern as soon as possible.

Great prices and service from Martin was great

We booked at a time when prices were high for our particular flights and Flightsbank literally saved us hundreds of dollars. We got the direct flights that we were looking for but not at the high price the airline was charging. Michael in customer service responded immediately to an inquiry and we couldn't be happier from a customer service perspective. All in all, a great experience. Thank you!
